Varsity Results 2010:
Welcome to www.darkbluehockey.com, the official home of Oxford University Hockey Club. OUHC is a highly active, successful and social club with three men's and three women's teams representing Oxford University in both the BUSA leagues and various independent club leagues. Originally founded in 1890, OUHC prides itself on continued hockey excellence as evident by several players going onto represent their country for full international honours. The club additionally claims the best social scene of all the university sports teams with blacktie dinners, socials and tours being arranged on a regular basis for all club members.
Blues preseason begins on 18th September 2010 and will feature a tour to Barcelona following the success of last season's training camp. If you are interested in playing for either the Men's or the Women's blues, then you are strongly encouraged to get in touch over the summer and to attend preseason training before the start of term. Accommodation can be arranged and it is an excellent way to meet the team and become integrated into the club before work begins.
